CANCELLATION POLICY: We require cancellations to be made with at least a 24-hour notice before the time of your scheduled appointment. We realize emergencies occur, please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill the appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. We ask all new and existing clients supply a credit card to have on file. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process this ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. In the event we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card or billed to you in the event the card is declined.

There will be a charge of $50 for cancellations of less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time and no-shows. If you have a series, the service from this series will be deducted—whichever is the lesser of the two. If you have a gift card, the amount would be deducted from the gift card. If scheduled a consultation with Dr. Sandhu, the required $100 consultation fee will then act as your cancellation policy and is a non-refundable consultation fee. Should you cancel with less than 24 hour's advance notice or no-show to your consultation, the fee will be taken. An additional fee will be required to re-schedule with Dr. Sandhu. Patients will have 6 months from time of consultation to apply their consultation fee towards a service at Neem. If scheduling your first service the required deposit of $50 will then act as your cancellation policy. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. Cancellations for Monday appointments are required to be cancelled by Saturday at 2 PM. We thank you for your understanding.

LATE POLICY: Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you! If your arrival time is 15 minutes or later than your scheduled appointment, this may result in a shortened appointment. We reserve the right to reschedule your service.

NO-SHOW POLICY: There will be a charge of $50 for no-show appointments. If you have a series, the service from this series will be deducted—whichever is the lesser of the two. If you have a gift card, the amount would be deducted from the gift card.

PAYMENTS/REFUNDS: Payment for all procedures at Neem Medical Spa and Neem Aesthetics is due at the time of visit and is non-refundable. We do not accept checks. If you prefer to make interest-free monthly payments, we offer care credit and affirm. All sales are final; however Neem Medical Spa and Neem Aesthetics does have an exchange policy that gives you options in case the need arises. Should you wish to discontinue your treatment in the midst of a series you will receive credit for the pro rated share of unused treatments. The treatments that have already been provided will be charged at current single treatment price to calculate the remaining credit. This credit may be used to purchase other treatments, not products, offered by Neem Medical Spa and Neem Aesthetics.
